Lisa is currently training my 10-year-old son once a week after he was born with clubfoot and has had multiple operations on his feet and legs. Tyler had never worn shoes in his life, but since starting with Lisa, she made it very clear he needed to for safety reasons, and he hasn’t been out of them since.

The strength he has built up in his legs and feet so far is amazing, and I know he’ll continue to progress. Lisa has the patience of a saint, as Tyler can easily become distracted and often struggles to click with people, but he’s really connected with her.

The structure and discipline of learning a martial art and training with Lisa have really helped him to manage his behavioural challenges and given him a noticeable boost in confidence.

Well, where do I start!

Firstly, I’ve known this wonderful lady for years. As a PT myself, I trained with Lisa years ago, and although I always found it hard, it was incredibly rewarding. Well, what can I say about Lisa B Lifting Club? It’s a gym? NO it’s not… it’s a lifestyle!I for one cannot stand the gym.I was talked into attending an 8-week, 16-session boot camp by my family, but in honesty didn’t think I would enjoy that, as it’s not going to the gym!!What I didn’t expect was to absolutely love it 😊.

Lisa B was amazing from day one. Lisa made every session — and I mean every session — different, taking every team member to their limit.To say the boot camp was hard would be true; to say it was fun in a perverse way is 100% true.
